All Gifts Japanese

The five yen coin in Japanese is pronounced "go-en" meaning good luck. For this reason all Japanese people (all???!) carry a five yen coin for tradition holds it will bring good luck.

Got the idea for simple cards at the Nagai paper shop in Hiroshima. Many people in Japan make new year cards for friends. My own take on this.

Don't you wish you were on my gift list?
